SERI INDUSTRIAL has adopted the Corporate Governance Code issued by Borsa Italiana, approved by the Board of Directors on December 28^th, 2006. The alignment of internal structures of Corporate Governance to those suggested by the Code and identified as Best Practices, represents a valid and unique opportunity to increase reliability to the market. The main goal of the Company is to maximize  the value creation for shareholders, through an efficient and responsive structure to changing market conditions.
