A CIRCULAR ECONOMY BUSINESS MODEL
The mission of Seri Industrial is to accelerate the energetic transition to Sustainability and decarbonisation, controlling the entire supply chain of electric accumulators and plastic material. The activities shape a fully integrated cycle and recovery of raw materials, representing a unique example of Circular Economy.
A new way of thinking the economy, with sustainable processes and products and supporting the transition of the paradigm to a circular economy model. An economy that can regenerate itself by seizing every opportunity to limit the use of materials and energy, minimizing waste and losses. Our main goal is to control the entire value chain of plastic material and electric accumulators, from the raw material to the finished product
Our mission is to:
- create tailor made products, based on the needs and specs of our costumers, customizing production processes along the supply chain
- assist our customers in the after-sales activities and maintenance of our products. We are proud of our Italian origins and our roots in the ecosystem we belong to, we promote collaborations with other companies “like us” in order to create shared and lasting value. We are ready to accept challenges and to compete in the international context without fear, completely aware of our strenghts.
Following the path traced in the conference on climate change in Paris (COP21) - which found the first concrete implementation in European initiatives (Communication Energy Roadmap 2050, Objectives 2030, Energy Union) and Italian (National Energy Strategy 2017 and Climate Plan Energy) – the Group intends to continue on its path with a view to sustainable development in the future, strongly focused on the idea to oversee the digital energy revolution and to be ready for the challenges that the energy sector is going to face.
In the three goals of COP 21, the Group’s targets and strategies are outlined between now and the next 3-5 years:
Sustainability:
to be realized through the achievement of a full vertical integration of the supply chain, the development of products for special applications able to innovate the current technologies in niche markets, the innovation of new technologies for the recovery of waste and the integration of the Group’s research and development centres.
Decarbonization:
to be supported by strengthening the innovation of production technologies and low-emission products.
Digitalization:
to be implemented through the development of IT technology applied to storage systems in order to ensure the "energy transition", with the introduction of "blockchain" technology in energy exchanges and the search for hardware and software solutions for products devoted to Digital Energy.
