Roberto Maviglia
President
Graduated in Law at the University of Rome, La Sapienza. Lawyer since 1991. He carries out his professional activity within the Law Firm Associate Maviglia & Partners, providing consultancy for investment solicitation operations, drafting of information prospectuses, IPO, corporate transactions. Previously he was an associate at the Tax Law Firm SLT (Ernst & Young) and of counsel at the law firms Sciumè-Zaccheo & A. and NCTM. He has been director of several companies, including Breda Ferroviaria S.p.A. (1994-1995), Fondiaria Sai (2013) and Mediolanum S.p.A. (2014-2015).
He has been a member of the college of the Ombudsman - Giurì bancario (Banking Conciliator) Italy and Expert/Advisor to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (1992-1996). He was a lecturer from 1991 to 1992, of the Course on financial markets of the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Rome la Sapienza and in 1993 of Stock Exchange Law at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce at the University of Rome La Sapienza. From 2009 to 2012 he was a member of the Educational and Scientific Council and professor of Master for Intermediaries, Issuers and Financial Markets at the University of Rome La Sapienza, Speaker in Seminars and Conferences on various issues related to corporate law, banking and financial market. He is the author of numerous publications on company law and financial market law.
Luciano Orsini
Vice President
Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Bologna, he has been working in public and private institutions since 1990, both as an auditor, as a company evaluator and as an auditor. He is a member of the Association of Accountants and Accountants of Teramo and the Register of Auditors. He holds positions as a director within companies of the Seri Industrial Group. During his professional experience he has held numerous positions as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and director in Italian and foreign companies.
Vittorio Civitillo
Chief Executive Officer
Graduated in Chemical Engineering at the University of Naples Federico II, entrepreneur and founding partner (in 1999) of SE.R.I. S.p.a., holding company of a group operating in the industry sector (supply chain of electric accumulators, industrial plants, production and moulding of plastic material), in the real estate sector, in the energy sector and in financial and engineering services. He holds positions as a director within both the SE.R.I. S.p.a. Group and the Seri Industrial Group. He is, among other things, the sole director of the holding companies SE.R.I. S.p.a..
Andrea Civitillo

Marco Civitillo

He currently also holds the position of Director in other Seri Industrial Group companies, including FIB S.p.A. active in the production of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries.
Annalisa Cuccaro

Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Naples Federico II. She is qualified to the profession of Certified Accountant and Auditor; she works as a freelancer assisting companies in the prevention and management of the crisis. Since 2007 she has been the judicial custodian in the field of real estate executions, insolvency administrator, judicial commissioner, and judicial liquidator in several Southern Italian courts. During her professional experience she performed from 2008 to 2010 the auditing activity in PKF Italia S.p.A. and from 1998 to 2006 the auditing activity in Pricewaterhousecoopers S.p.A. She holds positions as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in several companies.
Antonio Guglielmi

Graduated at the University of Rome, La Sapienza, he has held senior positions at Mediobanca since 2009, distinguishing himself as a European-level analyst and later as head of CIB in Rome, leading strategic operations such as the acquisition of Borsa Italiana by Euronext. He boasts an international career with experience at Salomon Brothers and Merrill Lynch in London.
Manuela Morgante

She graduated with honours in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ and has been a Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 1990, working as a freelancer. She began her professional career at Ernst & Young, as Senior Manager, subsequently holding the position of Head of Training Management at the Ernst & Young Business School in 1998. From 2005 to 2018, he was a Member of the Board of Directors of Cassa di Risparmio dell'Aquila. From 2014 to 2017, she was a Member of the Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 of the company Astral S.p.A.. Then, from 2017 until January 2022, she was Chairman of the Management Board of the Consorzio Acquedottistico Marsicano S.p.A.. Since 23 November 2017, she has been an independent director of Seri Industrial S.p.A., Chairman of the Related Parties Committee and member of the Control, Risk and Sustainability and Remuneration Committee. From July 2021 to May 2024, she served as an Independent Director in Banca del Fucino S.p.A., Chairman of the Independent Directors Committee and member of the Risk Committee. She also is General Manager of the Nilde Iotti Foundation. She holds the position of statutory auditor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors in companies operating in the industrial and commercial sector.
Rosaria Martucci

Graduated in Economics and Management at the University of Naples Federico II, she began her professional career at Adecco S.p.A., a multinational employment agency. Since 2008 she has held the position of HR Manager for the SERI Industrial Group’s companies.
Alessandra Ottaviani
Advisor
Graduated in Legal Sciences, at the University of Sannio, and subsequent Master's Degree in High Management Training in Corporate Law, accredited by the National Forensic Council, with a specialisation in "Corporate Law and Corporate Governance". To date, she holds the position of Corporate Secretary of the SERI Industrial Group. She manages relations between the various corporate entities, contributing to the correct functioning of Corporate Governance. She carries out support activities for the committees established within the Group and the various control functions. From November 2017 to September 2019, she was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Seri Industrial S.p.A.
