FAENIX is the company at the core of the integrated industrial platform established through the synergy between FIB (Seri Industrial Group) and Eni Industrial Evolution, dedicated to the development and commercialization of advanced Energy Storage solutions.

The company coordinates engineering, research & development, procurement, supply chain and commercial activities, leveraging an integrated industrial platform that brings together the Teverola and Brindisi sites for the production of water-based Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery cells, battery modules, battery packs and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for the Utility Scale, Commercial & Industrial and Residential markets.

FAENIX was established with the objective of contributing to the growth of a European energy storage value chain, building on the industrial and technological heritage of Seri Industrial Group and the global industrial vision of Eni. The project integrates expertise ranging from the design of individual LFP battery cells to the development of complete energy storage systems, including the in-house design of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and control software.

Through an integrated industrial model and an increasingly vertically integrated value chain, FAENIX aims to strengthen Europe’s technological autonomy by delivering innovative, competitive and sustainable solutions that support the energy transition.
