Seri Industrial S.p.A. has assigned a news scope of responsibilities for sustainability topics to the former internal Control and Risk Committee, and also approved its renaming to “Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee”.
The Committee will provide support to the Board of Directors on strategy, policy, positioning, and reporting with regard to sustainability topics.
